Accepted Answer

• Until 60 hours before tour, MBT can reschedule the booking with no penalties. • Less than 60 hours before tour, no reschedule is possible.

Cancellations and Refunds

Accepted Answer

• Cancellation until 48 hours after booking MBT will give full refund on their booking.
• Cancellation until 60 hours before tour $6 penalty per person.
• Cancellation between 60 and 36 hours before tour MBT will refund $5 per person.
• Cancellation less than 36 hours before tour or No Show, no refunds will be issued.
