Re-Schedule

Accepted Answer

• Until 24 hours before tour, MBT can reschedule the booking with no penalties. • Less than 24 hours before tour, no reschedule is possible nor refunds.  All funds will be lost.

Question 3

Cancellations and Refunds

Accepted Answer

• Cancellation until 48 hours after booking MBT will give full refund on their booking.

• Cancellation until 48 hours before tour $6 penalty per person.

• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before tour MBT will refund $5 per person.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before tour or No Show, no refunds will be issued.
