An Introduction to Your Guides

All of our tour guides are Jehovah's Witnesses with many years of experience in the truth.  Additionally, our guides serve in many capacities of service in the congregation and organization.  Furthermore, our guides are throughly trained to conduct these Bible tours.  Please become familiar with your guide by viewing his photograph and reading his profile below:

Gina Bivens: I have had the privilege of traveling to all four corners of the earth, but the one place my passport can’t take me, is back in time. But as a volunteer tour guide for the Museum of the Bible, I am able join the Bible’s journey through history and see how it has survived up until the present. Please come take a tour with me to the past that will further solidify your hope for the future!

Mike Brockington: I am a full time pioneer in the Spanish congregation. Learning how the Bible coincides with historical facts, has always been something I’ve enjoyed. The Museum of the Bible offers a unique experience that broadens our mind and helps us to view the word of God as really alive! I look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with you and enjoying a wonderful interchange of encouragement!

Dominick Banks: My wife and I enjoyed the opportunity to see a piece of Bible history when visiting Corinth and Athens in Greece. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of serving in Brooklyn Bethel with my wife, Lavon, for a number of years. While there one of things I enjoyed very much was serving as a tour guide to hundreds of brothers and sisters. I find meeting new friends and sharing Bible history very enjoyable and I look forward to the opportunity of seeing you at the Museum of the Bible.

Lavan Banks: Seeing the smiling faces of tour guests when they see the relevance of Bible history as well as the practical benefits of the inspired Word of God, brings me much joy. I’ve also enjoyed the privilege of 20+ years in the full-time ministry, four of those years at Bethel with my husband, Dominick. My favorite part of the Bible is the Greek Scriptures, especially when focusing on the ministry. I look forward to seeing your smiling face as you tour the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.

Michael Campbell: As a full-time volunteer minister, I enjoy learning God’s precious truths found in the Bible and sharing them with others. Participating in Bible based tours in New York City and abroad has motivated me to volunteer as a tour guide, enabling me to provide museum guests with a faith-strengthening history of the Bible’s survival. I look forward to the opportunity to share this I enjoy the privilege of serving as a full-time minister and I was especially moved to volunteer as a tour guide after receiving several Bible tours in NYC and abroad.

Olivia Campbell: As a long term full-time Bible educator, I love sharing Bible truths with others. After receiving several Bible tours in New York City and London with my husband, I was moved to volunteer as a tour guide. Doing so enables me to provide to others, a faith-strengthening history of the Bible’s survival. Please join me and learn interesting details about courageous guardians of this Sacred Book.

Tiffany Mack: Due to many moves and many travels I love being transported to another place and time, and I get to do that with Museum Bible Tours! As a full-time ordained minister, I have seen time and again how the Bible changes lives. It is my exteme privilege and pleasure to help others grow in their knowledge of the wonderful things Jehovah God has worked out for us as recaptured history has shown, so as to provide a hope for the future. Rob Morton: I am currently serving as a Ministerial Servant and full time pioneer alongside my wife of 24 years, Mya. We are both volunteer tour guides at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC. My love for people, Bible truths and telling a great story is my motivation for this work. Tying historical artifacts into biblical history makes the tour visually stimulating and serves as a faith strengthener. I can’t wait to meet you at the museum!

Mya Morton: My husband, Rob and I are happily serving as full time pioneers and volunteer tour guides at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC. My love for Jehovah and sharing Bible truths has served as a foundation and motivation for this work. Mia Pennywell: I am a lifetime student of the Bible, committed to sharing it’s treasures with others. As a hobby, I am a visual artist, so being a volunteer tour guide at the Museum of the Bible is the best of both worlds for me! Please come join me for a tour to see the vivid, colorful and fascinating artifacts that paint a picture of courage that has reinforced my faith and I am confident it will do the same for you!

Joel Pichardo: As a full time volunteer I enjoy sharing Bible gems with others. I consider myself more of a student than a teacher, so I am also eager and ready to learn from others. My biggest joy is getting to know and enjoy a wonderful interchange of encouragement with my worldwide family through this provision. I especially enjoy seeing the smiles on the faces of young ones as I endeavor to make the tours fun and interesting for them. I look forward to sharing with you the joy I’ve gained from the rich Bible history at the museum!

Kim Scott: We are better able to understand and retain what we learn when we have a visual representation. The Museum of the Bible provides such an opportunity, to learn and see more about our spiritual heritage. I am a former regular pioneer and tour guide in Jersey City, NJ. Ayesha Snoddy: As a full-time volunteer Bible educator, I love sharing with others just some of the ways our Heavenly Father, Jehovah, has shown his love for his people throughout history until our day. Patrice Thornton: As a full-time minister, people, sharing Bible truths and related history are among my favorite things. For several years, I provided tours at a renowned historical site in New Jersey and I am happy to continue as a volunteer, sharing historical information with tourists at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.

Paige Thornton: Since 2014, I’ve been privileged to provide voluntary Bible tutoring in English and now in Spanish. Touring is fun because it never gets old to see human efforts to "catch up" to Jehovah's Wisdom. Using history and artifacts to prove what our Creator already knows and has foretold, continues to strengthen our faith.

Andrea Kirkpatrick: As a full-time minister for over 20 years, I have developed a fondness for teaching and imparting spiritual gems to those who have a sincere desire to learn.
