REGARDING TOUR CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS AND REFUTING A CREDIT CARD CHARGE
REGARDING TOUR CANCELLATION: If for any reason you feel you must cancel your reservation, We recommend that you transfer your reservation to another date when you can come for the tour. To do so, please send an email to the MBT Office explaining your situation and the office will do its best to accommodate your request. Please include the following information: Your full name and the date and time of your original reservation, and the date and time you would like the reservation to be transferred to.
REGARDING RESCHEDULING: Soon after a reservation is made and confirmed with a payment MBT Agents and Managers go to work to support, organize and firmly schedule your tour. If the request to move your tour to another date is received soon enough then most if not all your funds can be transferred to another date without a rescheduling fee.
REGARDING REFUNDS: MBT is changing our 'No Refunds' policy. Starting Jan 1 2020 refunds (in full) are honored for tours scheduled 6 days or more out. Refunds requested for tours scheduled just 5 days or less out must be approved by the MBT Office. However if your tour is scheduled for 4 Days or Less out The MBT Fee of $8 p/p will not be refunded.
REGARDING REFUTING CHARGES: Our refund policy is designed to lessen the possibility of Museum Bible Tours (MBT) customers like yourself feeling the need to refute a credit card charge made to RDS Enterprises (dba Museum Bible Tours). When and if you refute a charge with PayPal or with you Credit Card company a $20 fees is levied against MBT. There is no need to refute a charge to RDS Enterprises (dba MBT) for two reasons. 1) by contacting the MBT Office you can reschedule your tour at no charge and 2) Refunds are honored for tours scheduled 6 days or more out. Refunds requested for tours scheduled 5 days or less must be approved by the MBT Office. Even for tours cancelled and/or rescheduled under 5 days or less from the tour date MBT takes into account extenuating circumstances – So if you can't reschedule your tour and you feel a refund is necessary please email the office with details explaining why you are requesting a refund.
REGARDING TOUR INFORMATION: You will receive your final tour information via email, approximately one week before your tour date and time. This email will contain information regarding your tour guide, where to meet them, and additional details about the tour itself. The email address you used to pay for the tour (through PayPal) is the address where this information will arrive. Often times this email goes to the 'spam' or 'junk' folder. Please review these folders occasionally. Your PayPal receipt serves as proof of purchase. Please carry this with you on tour.
REGARDING CONTACTING YOU: Museum Bible Tours and its employees use the information you provided at the time of your purchase to contact you regarding your tour. We require your email address (for sending you tour information) and your phone number (so that the Tour Guide can contact you if need be on the day of your tour). This information is not shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those stated herein.

It is Museum bible Tours' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://museumbibletours.com, and other sites we own and operate. We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
